Good food!!

We ordered the food due to the corona. It was delivered very quickly, it was really delicious. To all the critics who claim that the pizzas are delivered cold, I can only say: The box says that the pizzas should be put in the oven for another 3-5 minutes. Anyone who can read has a clear advantage again ? Thanks to the L‘Osteria team, everyone stays healthy.

The pizza tastes good. But the service is a real disaster. We have already been there four times, each time unfriendly, each time slowly, each time something was forgotten! In the case of two adults and two children, the main course was forgotten by an adult, which is of course not acceptable.

Our favourite place to eat when we had weekly dinners in Karlsruhe! Great food, modern vibes and amazing, friendly staff.

Long waiting time a bit expensive, no place to sit down properly, all seats are next to each other so little space for private conversations, which would only be possible to a limited extent due to the very loud and strange music Food is okay (you can already eat pizza but nothing that is not available elsewhere, better and cheaper but nothing special and just a bit more expensive than comparable restaurants the service leaves a lot to be desired The icing on the cake was when I was asked what I want to give when paying, I don't say anything what I have to do because I wasn't satisfied, there's no tip then the unfriendly waitress said that she couldn't give out Was the first and last time that I was there

Great pizzas for a very good price! The service staff are always nice and courteous. Always very crowded and loud on weekends. Sometimes you have to expect longer waiting times - but it's worth it.

Pretty bad service in Karlsruhe. Waited forever until the waiter had mercy to take the order. Then he "you" me directly, also totally wrong. After the starter they didn't clear away. At first they didn't want to bring us any new cutlery. Would like to have another drink, but the waiter was hardly interested. Overall nice shop with average food and very poor service. Not recommendable.

Extremely loud music. The food is good. If you want to eat and chat in peace, you are wrong here. If you just want to eat and look around without having a conversation, you are welcome to come here.

Food tastes good here, but unfortunately it doesn't help if you are served badly again and again. A tip to the wait staff: if you scold guests about guests, you should do so in such a way that the guests don't notice! Thank you!

Super delicious food, very friendly service. No matter how busy it is, you will always be served appropriately, promptly and in a friendly manner! The ambience is so nice.

Great pizzas! Super nice service, but you should have reserved, otherwise you can wait an hour (on a Saturday evening). The wine prices are a bit high, one star deducted for it. But otherwise everything is great. We keep coming back :)

Super big and tasty pizza. The female waitresses were always friendly. We had problems allocating seats, despite the reservation it was a problem. The young Italian waiter was very arrogant and rude. Conclusion: If you ignore the service, you can eat very well and inexpensively here.

The pizza is ok, but the service is not good (it takes ages to get the food even if you order it to take out). I highly recommend to eat outside (at the terrace) or take out as the restaurant inside is incredibly loud.

Best pizza in city

The restaurant is corona-compliant. The staff was friendly, courteous and fun. Our food was delicious and the pizzas so big that the plate is too small. Good music, which is unfortunately set a bit too loud, so that you have to talk louder than you would like. But we'll be back ...

Nice ambience and delicious food! The pizza from L'Osteria is very, very big and baked thinly - which I think is the trademark. In terms of taste, it comes very close to a real Italian pizza. As always, the service is great. We were served friendly and quickly. In terms of price, you can't complain about the size of the pizza either. The prices are between 8 and 12 euros per pizza.

Nice atmosphere and the pizza was tasty and really huge!

As in other cities, the Karlsruhe L'Osteria also has very large pizzas with excellent taste. The staff is also friendly and courteous. However, compared to other branches, there was less topping on the pizzas, the knives relatively blunt and the music in the background quite loud, which bothered us personally during the conversations. Nevertheless, as I said, the food was very good and the evening was a success. Will come again :-)

Amazing food! Had the vegitariana pizza and the spaghetti pomodoro pasta. Large and filling quantities of each for a person. Would highly recommend the tiramisu, it was delicious and very tasty! However had the bread basket and thought it was too plain and not great at taste for it's price.

Great food here. Had gnochis with tomato sauce cherry tomatoes mozzarella and basil. They were great. The insalat mista consisted mostly of green lettuce and rocket, including a few pieces of cucumber and a slice of radishes in a balsamic dressing.

Very, very good food, huge pizzas and a very thin base and then also very cross. I just love this pizza place. Only recommendable, gladly again and again. Price good and service staff very, very friendly. But you have to reserve in the evening.

I can't say anything bad about the food, but the service was disrespectful and brash. We were there on August 29th, 2020 at 7 p.m. and the three of us were assigned a small table outside. As soon as we ordered our pizzas, the waitress laughed and only said whether we were aware that we had little space for three pizzas and that it was our own fault if we really wanted to sit outside. We looked at each other puzzled and said that we were assigned this table and that we deliberately came here for the pizza. The drinks came quickly and when our glasses were empty we asked (due to the lack of space) to clear them away. However, our responsible waitress showed little interest and just walked past us several times. When the pizzas came we put the dishes together on the floor so that we had at least some space on the table for the pizzas. The waitress showed little interest ... when we were finished it took some time until she came (she already had a half-eaten pizza in her hand) and asked if we wanted to take it with us, we nodded and she put two plates in them Hand put it on someone else's dirty dishes and ran away. HYGIENE LOOKS DIFFERENT !!! Lovelessly crumpled into the packaging, she gave us a bag and snapped while running away and asked to lift the dishes off the floor. We would have liked to have ordered something, but it was enough for us and we wanted to pay. Again it took some time before we could ask for the bill. She then came with the bill and was personally attacking what "stupid" people we were and we were only allowed to pay when we pick up the dishes from the floor. We tried to explain our situation to her factually. She didn't let us finish and became increasingly personally offensive. We stopped her and asked to speak to the manager ... she laughed and left. A short time later she came and threw the bill on the table “The manager can't right now” and let us pay without discussion. While getting up, she disrespectfully imitated us. We went and will not come back, neither recommend nor recommend the restaurant !!!!!!!!!

Super tasty and big pizza! You don't go home hungry here. The salads are delicious too. Service very friendly and courteous.

A shame. Very good pizza, but with the salad with garlic croutons, either the croutons were old or, I don't know, definitely inedible. Whoever writes out Coca-Cola on the memory card should also bring Coca-Cola. When we asked the waitress, we got an answer, we don't have original Coca-Cola, it's its own mix and quite honestly the mix tastes like non-carbonated water with added color. Finally an espresso was ordered after 15 minutes we wanted to pay espresso ?? Hasn't come up to now. Since there were 6 of us (3 couples), the waitress asked us whether it would work together, which we denied. In response, I would get my colleague who served you. This came after 10 minutes and you can't pay for the same game together? Answer from us no. The expression on her face said everything ... the best part was the comment about it. If we pay separately, it takes longer ... At the time of billing, the espresso was suddenly on the bill even though after almost 30 minutes between ordering and paying nobody came. Conclusion very nice ambience, pizza very tasty the rest well ...

Pizza is still good, but the distances are whistled in German. The next man sits 50 cm from sneezing distance and the waiters run around with the mask under their noses. The person who looks like the owner just touches the people waiting at the entrance. Tables are not cleaned, we had to do that ourselves.

Just ok. Service was somewhat confused but very friendly. Food is hit and miss. The pizzas are huge and tasty but the salads and pasta are not great. Come here for pizza and drinks maybe, but I'd skip anything else on the menu.

If you are a pizza lover, this is the place to be!! Excellent pizza comes in a large size with a thin home made dough. The staff is friendly and caring. Good ambiance i highly recommend this place for a calm Sunday

Super good food! Super nice and very hard-working staff, who also like to ask if everything fits or what is missing, should be brought. Beautiful ambience, lots of space! The Italian music in the background pleasantly adds to the flair. Simply a really great restaurant with an absolutely good price-performance ratio!

This restaurant was on my list for quite a while already and on a Sunday evening I gave it a try. Due to limited options at the time of the visit I could only go for take-away. Pizza was good - even though I think 1/2 to 3/4 of it will be more than sufficient for the majority of people. Staff ( Franca in my case ) was very friendly.

Good looking restaurant, beautiful ambience, cute and very friendly waitress. But the main purpose for my visit - the food - was disappointing! Though there weren't many guests it took over 40 min to get two dishes of pasta. The lasagne tasted like a microwave dish from the supermarket. The other pasta wasn't spiced at all tasted boring as hell and I had to find the ingredients with a magnifier! To me this is shameless. Considering the quality of the food the price is way too high. In German we say "von außen Ui, von innen Pfui!".

Great food, nice people and good prices. Music is a little loud, in my opinion. Central location and I would advise you to make a reservation. Photo: doggy bag (here was no plastic/alu foil used).

The pizza is great value for money! Tastes good, wide variety and very large (as in larger than their already large plates). However, the pasta was a bit of a disappointment. While it does taste good, the meal size just doesn't come anywhere close to the value-for-momey you get when ordering a pizza.

Great pizza and beer. Prices are nice. Location is great.
